“White Christmas.” Michael Curtiz, best known for directing “Casablanca,” turned his hand to something different in 1954, a charming musical that can be enjoyed again and again thanks to 15 wonderful performances by Bing Crosby, the hilarious Danny Kaye, the sophisticated Rosemary Clooney, and other entertainers. “Songs, dances, clowning – plus Irving Berlin’s title tune,” critic Steven Scheuer wrote. “A colorful package of holiday entertainment.”
Thursday, Dec. 9, 7 p.m. Only $7!
Please note the added weekend morning showings of the Classics! We expect to see more such morning shows for Cerrito Classics. Tell your friends!
