“Sing-Along ‘Grease’” (1978) at the Cerrito, Thursday, February 11, at 9:30 p.m.

The Cerrito Classics are back! Join the party at “Sing-Along ‘Grease’”! It’s all happening on Thursday, February 11, at 9:30.

Just in time for the Valentine’s Day weekend, is a special party. It’s unforgettable who’ll be there: Sandy, beautiful but prim (Olivia Newton-John) ; Danny Zuko, sexy greaser (John Travolta). And all their pals—the T-Birds in black jackets and the Pink Ladies, led by Rizzo (Stockard Channing).

Good girl Sandy and greaser Danny fell in love at the beach over the summer. But when they unexpectedly discover they’re both now at Rydell High School, what will happen to the romance?

It plays out in exciting action—a drag race—and immortal songs: “Summer Nights,” “You’re the One That I Want!”, and many more. And you’ll be right there singing, too!

So, grab your special Valentine—you know who she or he is—and come to the party at the Cerrito. Dare we say it—“Be there or be square”?

“Sing-Along ‘Grease’” plays once only on Thursday, February 11, at 9:30 p.m. All seats are $8.50. Moviegoers are advised to buy advance tickets at the box office or online, as the show may sell out. Arriving early is a good idea, in order to choose your seat and also order delicious food and wine or beer.

Don’t miss out on Scene! The atmospheric wine/food bar offers a special menu, including delicious panini, salads, flatbread, and desserts. You can enjoy them there, or have them brought to your seat while you watch the movie.
