Past EventsNovember 21, 2005 DanceEasy Community BenefitSeptember 27th — Volunteer MeetingThis meeting bought another opportunity to get more directly involved in efforts to support the renovation of the theater. We had combined dessert potluck/volunteer sign-up partyin the City Council Chambers at the El Cerrito Community Center, 7007 Moeser Lane at Ashbury. volunteer opportunities exist on the following projects: help coordinate future fundraising events, including the Danceasy fundraiser in November; and help develop and produce public relations materials, including a newsletter. Friends of the Cerrito Theater at the Solano StrollThe Solano Stroll took place on September 12 this year, and the Friends of the Cerrito Theater was there, with a booth in the 1300 block of Solano.
